The Boys Brigade held their annual Coffee Morning on 7th March. They raised £380 for Company funds.
The Boys and Girls Brigade had their annual outing on Saturday, 16th May.
They decided to share expenses and travelled together to Summerlee Museum of Scottish Industrial Life, Coatbridge.
Robert Jess, the BB Captain said that a great time was had by all.
Our Buffet Supper on Friday 4th September was very well supported, we even had to set an extra two tables!
Thank you to everyone for a great effort. The food was delicious and the entertainment was very well received.
We had a few songs from Ian McGregor and Betty Moffat, accompanied by our Marie on the piano.
Bordingtone sang a song of praise in his native language and he was ably accompanied by Benford who danced along to the singing.
Once again, Team Likoma would like to thank everyone who contributed in any way to help make the evening such a success.
Harvest Thanksgiving was celebrated in the Church on Sunday 11th October. The Church was beautifully decorated for the occasion and looked truly magnificent.
Thanks to all those who contributed flowers, fruit, vegetables and groceries for the service and in particular we thank Girvan Early Growers for their gift of potatoes.
The thanks of the Church also go to all the ladies who gave of their time and talents to make all the lovely baskets and posies of flowers and who worked so hard to decorate the Church.
It was such a lovely day.
